Saunderosa is located in historic Mercersburg, Pa which is:

• 5 Minutes from the birthplace of the 15th president James Buchanan

• 10 minutes from the towns of Mercersburg and McConnellsburg, PA

• 15 minutes from Whitetail Ski Resort & Whitetail Golf Resort.

• 30 minutes from Hagerstown, MD

• 30 minutes from Chambersburg, PA

• 45 minutes from Gettysburg, PA

• 45 minutes from Martinsburg,

• 2 hrs. from Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD

         Saunderosa Campground opens April 26th and closes the last full 

weekend in October.  Saunderosa offers a large number of seasonal and

 daily/weekly sites at affordable rates.  Saunderosa supplies all the luxuries

 of home in the mountains of south central Pennsylvania.  Saunderosa 

strives to please the customer, so if you are a first-time camper or a more 

experienced camper; or if you are trying to escape the hustle and bustle 

of the city or just want to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere at Saunderosa,
